He somehow found probably up to 15-20 dolphin swimming, jumping, and playing! Not just a glimpse of them we had a full on incredible dolphin experience. We had a better experience with seeing Dolphin on this trip then you even would at Sea World. Once we were settled he knew the little ones (and adults) had their hearts set on seeing Dolphin. He helped the little ones board the boat and get their life jackets on safely and even helped with our bags. We could not have hand picked a better Captain for our group! We had a group of 10 ranging from 4 to 75 years old. Once we arrived at the boat we met Captain Frank. He even arranged to have a closer pick up, so that we did not have to travel too far to catch the boat. He recommended the route we take and the time of the day to ensure that we had the most fulfilling experience on the water. Truly, he could not have been any nicer to work with to arrange this gift for my dad. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions and made great recommendations for the day as well. I had many questions as we had a large group of all different ages and interests. Captain Randy was amazing to work with to set up the day and make all of the arrangements. It was even better than I could have hoped for from start to finish. I set up a Private Charter with Captain Randy for my Father’s 75th Birthday Trip. Our private boat tour with Captain Randy was the highlight of our five day trip in Clearwater! He also provided a sunscreen that I have now switched to! The boat offered a sun and shaded area and was VERY clean and comfortable. Captain Randy provided plenty of water and ice. Both these barrier islands can only be reached by boat! As we headed back, Captain Randy spotted a dolphin and we caught it all on video as well! EEEK! Once again, I was in tears to see these amazing sea creatures in their natural habitat! I cannot end this review without speaking volumes about the accommodations. We stopped and shelled at Caladesi Island where the shells were large and beautiful! We moved on to the clear blue-green waters of Three Rookers Island known as “Local’s Paradise.” We shelled and took many photos. We were able to catch a video of the beautifully spotted, mysterious creature. Captain Randy arrived at the dock at 9am SHARP time is certainly of the essence! The day was absolutely gorgeous! We were impressed by Captain Randy and his knowledge about the beaches and how he could spot underwater creatures with his bionic eyes!! He had me in tears as he spotted a Manta Ray.
My husband and I celebrated our sixteen year wedding anniversary and boy-oh-boy, this private boat tour DID NOT disappoint.
